Dhananjaya Tambe – The Big Gap From Concept to Completion

India is on the verge of enormous development, however, at the same time, there are big infrastructure projects that are behind schedule.

In this video, Dhananjaya Tambe gives examples of the railway project in Kashmir and the Navi Mumbai airport in Mumbai - that are still incomplete despite being sanctioned years ago. Sharing lessons from his own experience, he further says that the problem lies largely with inefficient project management. And that India needs to employ project management skills to improve the success rate of projects.
