If you feel lost you MUST watch this.
When I was first faced with a blank slate (in my mid-thirties), I thought that asking myself, "What if anything is possible?", would inspire me - but instead it filled me with dread.
I felt overwhelmed by fear. And immediately felt like I had no idea what to do with my life. I felt so lost and retreated to the couch to binge on Netflix and cheap wine.
BUT (inspired by Mel Robbins' "Take Control of your Life") I realized that it was not that I did not know what to do with my life. It was just my fear. I just had to get out of my own way.
I had to learn to let know of my fear of judgement. (Absolutely love this quote that I first heard Jay Shetty share but it is actually Cooley - "I am not what I think I am, I am not what you think I am, I am what I think you think I am." *mindblown*
