Whats up TEAM!!

Can you believe it? We are 500 away to 10,000 SUBS. Thats insane! When we first started this we had no clue what we were doing, or what you guys liked. We are so happy you are joining us on this fitness journey!! And very thankful for all the support, kind words, and feedback! We have a HUGE list of video ideas and each time we see a comment on it we add a mark to move it up the list. The more its commented the faster it will be up so keep that in mind!

Todays VLOG is a great session of a Warm up, strength, snatches and a great workout! I will post them below. Grueling workouts can be great, but sometimes you just need to know ahead of time, what you need, and to switch it up to make the best of your day/training time!
