Lose Weight & become Fit in 2020 | New Year Resolution In today's video i will discuss simple 5 steps solution to crush your weight loss resolution.
The problem with new year resolution is that we become excited very fast and pick up a lot of resolutions. More importantly starts to crush all of them at once. Then after 2 or 3 days of hard work we become tired and hopeless and give in to our resolutions.
So you need simple 5 steps approach to crush your goals/resolution of becoming fit and shed extra weight.

Step 1 : Choose any of your favorite physical workout. I know a lot of individuals feel overwhelmed to go to gym. So if you don't like gym then simple don't go.If you like zumba,running ,brisk walking ,badminton etc do that . You are mostly likely to stick to a workout if you enjoy it.

Step 2 : Write your weekly goals. If you can only manage 1 week per day then do that one session. Even 1 session is better than nothing

Step 3 : Visualize. In my view the most important step. In order to make it a habit you need to visualize the whole routine. My recommendation visualize mins every day before sleeping.

Step 4 : Workout first thing in the morning. We have limited supply of will power. If we made a lot of decisions during working ours then we cannot force our self to workout because our brain is already taxed.

Step 5 :Stay away from negative friends plain and simple.
