Roofers: show some respect to sales reps and owners: not only you work hard!!!

Roofers: show respect to those who work with you!
I am tired of roofers showing disrespect to business owners, sales guys and other trades.
“You are shingler, not a roofer”
“You are ground guy”
“You are not a roofer, you are sales rep” etc, etc.
so you think you are the only one working hard?
You think business owner is watching Netflix when you are on the roofs?
Show some respect to sales guys: most of you are not capable keeping yourself busy, sales are as hard as not harder than installing shingles.
Accounting and office work can be more tiring than most of the field work!!!

Even if you are the best of the best you cannot do it alone! You need a team and you need to respect your team.
