Score! - Metal Detecting a Farm Field that's been worked for Hundreds of Years!

You've probably driven by a farm field and just gazed at the seemingly endless rows of corn. For us, we think of all the things dropped and lost over the centuries as human being worked that land. Hundreds of people would walk those rows every year, planting, watering, harvesting, etc.., and we people roam, things get dropped. We detected the old farmhouse earlier this year but the fields were planted so we couldn't get in at that time. But now that they've been harvested and it's our chance to metal detect these ground and see what our forefathers lost that can be brought back to the surface once again. Sometimes when you swing your detector over the dirt there's not much to hear but modern trash, but other times when you swing, you score!
