This is Frontier Pilot Simulator, a game where you take on the role of a planetary delivery service, earning a few spacebucks here and there by delivering gubbins to people that demand gubbins. As much as there's some frantic manhandling of controls in this video, it's as much an exploration of basic features of setting up your own frontier pilot agency. It's also a lesson in reading the instructions properly.
