First Amendment protected activity brought up in court to revoke bail This is a clip of what was supposed to be my sentencing hearing for possession of a concealed firearm without a permit, but it went sideways as soon as the prosecutor brought up Facebook posts and my YouTube channel. My bail was revoked and I was held without bail pending the next hearing. The judge did say he would consider all Facebook and YouTube activity before granting or denying bail.
