Is it advisable to sell your home as is or do the required home inspection updates?

There are 2 different kinds of home inspection updates:

1. Structural home inspection updates updates that will affect the value of your home and can delay the home selling process. Not fixing these updates will not help you to sell your home faster.

2. Cosmetic home inspection updates which are negotiable between the seller and the buyer.
