Once I'm aware, I can work on accepting. Sometimes I can do this alone. Sometimes I need music to help. Other times I need a friend's guidance to assist. There's a lot of different ways to process, digest and accept life.
Once I've accepted the "negative feeling", I'm able to come to peace with it and let that shit flow through me. Back into flow.
Something I didn't mention in this video: If I'm off centered, and I can't seem to accept it, I'm becoming more mindful of where to spend my time. For example, if I'm feeling super triggered and angry, it's not the best idea to go to the crowded market where everyone bumps into you. Only makes me angrier.
