Strategies for Organizational Excellence: Enhancing Productivity and Achievement

Presenter: Dennis R. Briscoe

Organizations and communities around the world have been faced in recent years with the constant challenges of new knowledge, emerging technologies and ever-more demanding customers and markets. Higher productivity and achievement is the only avenue for growth and success in the New Global Economy. This requires a continuous effort for improvement at all levels. What should be the aim, scope, intensity and results of such effort? The answer to this question is embodied in what is now called “the quest for excellence”.

This exciting videoconference will define the concept of organizational excellence and will present an overview of the strategies we can adopt to achieve it. The distinguished invited speaker will present his views on the subject based on his extensive international experience. Excellence is not just a philosophy or image-building concept. It is an organizational commitment that must translate into specific outcomes and results. Intentions and actions, without outcomes are not part of a true excellence building program. We must all learn its requirements and the corresponding expectations of success.
