The cheapest 4 stars hotel I've found in Europe is in Prizner, Kosovo! It's the less expensive 4 stars hotel I've found on Booking, I've never seen such a hotel at such a cheap price. We were going to Kosovo and I was searching where to sleep in Prizren and when I saw this unbelievable price, 35€ (less than $40), me and my friend Giovanni decided to book it!
