➡️ What proactive things can you do when you’re buyer loses out on an offer on a home? 🏘
💲 Buy Google Ads and Boost your Facebook account with a video of you explaining there’s 1 happy buyer and 7 unhappy buyers that wanted to buy a home in their neighborhood. And target that whole are via the internet!
💲 Send out Yikes Post Cards or letters to the entire neighborhood or hit the entire EDDM area!
💲 Utilize Cole Realty Resources and get all the area cell phone numbers for owners of properties in that area and send them a Slydial Broadcast.
💲 Pull all the homeowners land lines from Haines Criss Cross and call them and tell them the news!
💲 Pull all the email addresses from Haines and Cole Realty Resources and send an email with a link to your video explaining your buyers needs and the recent sale.
💲 Go out and Door knock the entire neighborhood and leave your Yikes pieces.
