🚀 1. BINDING AGREEMENT: To enter the Contest, you must agree to these Rules. You hereby agree that submitting and/or administering your entry to the Contest constitutes your agreement to these Contest Rules.
The Organizer reserves the right to change these Contest Rules, as well as to suspend or cancel the Contest at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to the Participants of the Contest.
If for some reason you disagree with the AUTODOC’s Contest Rules, please refrain from participating in this Contest.
🚀 2. ORGANIZER: The Organizer of the Contest is AUTODOC GmbH, Josef-Orlopp-Straße 55 in Berlin. YouTube is not a sponsor of the Contest, and bears no responsibility for conducting it.
🚀 3. PRIZES: The author of the most liked video will win the prize — a €500 coupon for shopping for any AUTODOC products at our online store. We will award additional prizes as well: the second prize — a €250 coupon, the third prize — a €125 coupon.
🚀 4. CONTEST PERIOD: Contest entries are accepted starting at 07:00 pm GMT 27/05/2019 until 07:00 pm GMT 30/06/2019.
We will publish the contest videos on the AUTODOC.CO.UK channel from 01:00 pm to 5:00 pm GMT 04/07/2019 and place them on our channel’s homepage so the audience can vote for the coolest video. The most liked videos will be awarded the main prizes.
The names of the winners will be announced in a week, on 11.07.2019 on our AUTODOC.CO.UK YouTube channel.
Participants are responsible for determining the corresponding time zone in their respective jurisdictions.
🚀 5. HOW TO ENTER: You are required to record and edit a video about replacing any part in your car, without background music, with voice comments. Take a photo of yourself and of the car part. Send your video and your photos to our email videocompetition@autodoc.eu. In the letter, specify your full name and a valid email address that we can use to send you the prize.
Only one Contest entry may be submitted per person.
In order to avoid misunderstandings, it should be borne in mind that the contest videos must comply with the YouTube Terms of Use available at www.youtube.com/t/terms and with the YouTube Community Guidelines available at www.youtube.com/yt/policyandsafety/communityguidelines.html. Entries that do not comply with these rules will not be eligible.
Participants are not allowed to use the services of the third parties to artificially boost the number of ‘likes’.
By sending the video and photos to us you confirm that the submitted video and the photos are free of third-party rights, in particular copyrights, other ancillary copyrights or personal rights, and that you may freely dispose of the video and photos. You shall indemnify AUTODOC against any liability claims arising from above assurances not being correct.
You hereby grant us the non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use your submitted video and photos without restrictions in time and place for the purpose of conducting the Contest.

PRIVACY: You agree that your personal data including but not limited to your name and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering the Contest. If you are eligible to receive any of the above-said prizes, the Organizer may also use this data to send you the prize in case you win.
