After you help Atlas's brothers, he will actually try to kill them, if during those missions you will make the right decisions you will be able to save them. The first part of the video are the choices I made to be able to save them. The alternative ending , in the last part of the video, is what happened when I made different choices during those 3 missions but I still tried to save them.
