50 MTG cards that define white

From beginners to experts, a basic problem of brewers is creating a "thought essay" for what the deck must do. For example, a difficult essay is white/black Pestilence decks, balancing what white does (making yourself gain life) with what black does (making yourself lose life.)

But what do the colors do? Magic: The Gathering used to have cards such as Storm Seeker (direct damage to players for green.) Or, Bee Sting (direct damage for green.) Building a direct damage green deck is possible, it's just not what green does. It's up to players to learn past Wizards of the Coast's mistakes and learn what the colors do, before brewers attempt to make a deck that's very difficult to build and even more difficult to make work.

The solution?

I will now define the color pie, starting with the color white, for 20 minutes.
