Dayton, OH Mayor Nan Whaley will be joined by law enforcement as she speaks to press about the deadly shooting early this morning. Nine people were killed in Dayton, less than 24 hours after a mass shooting in El Paso. In total, 29 people have been killed and many more injured in these shootings.
