WHAT IS EPS?
EPS%( Effort per set) = Reps performed (with given weight)/Maximum Reps that could have been performed

Science of Building muscle
For maximum muscle growth, EPS should be 80%-90% in a given set.

For e.g. If you can perform maximum 15 reps with a given weight in a set, perform 12 or 13 reps
Guys you can build muscle fast with this scientific muscle building concept
Many of you might be thinking Why not perform each set with 100% effort to maximize muscle growth
There's a reason for that When a set is performed with 100% effort to failure, the performance in subsequent sets drops quite quickly and the recovery is also affected which results in less muscle growth in long term as compared to 80%-90% effort
So guys this is a important concept in science of muscle building
