Stop 'predatory' practices immediately: NRAI to food platforms

National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI), in letters sent to Swiggy, Zomato, UberEats and Foodpanda, asked them to immediately stop certain 'predatory' practices hindering the industry's profitable growth. It listed eight major issues including high commissions, arbitrary condition and private labels.
