Singapore has to rely on regulations, infrastructure to maximise AI: Vivian Balakrishnan

As a small city-state hoping to become a global hub for artificial intelligence (AI), Singapore has to rely on its nimble regulations and solid infrastructure to intensify the use of AI. Minister-in-charge of the Smart Nation Initiative Vivian Balakrishnan said this at the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona.
