3. Select your phone's manufacturer, model, memory size, and color.
4. Enter your phone's IMEI. If the phone is still financed, you will receive an error message stating that the device is not eligible for a trade-in due to a current balance.

2. Click Unlock your device and answer No to the Are you an AT&T wireless customer question on the form.
3. Input your phone's IMEI into the form. If the phone is not paid off, you will receive the message: "This device isn't eligible to be unlocked now because all of the installment payments have not been paid."
