A: Few days or a week to a month or two. (very personal)
Q: How many times do I have to listen?
A: At least once but the more the better.

A: I do not include any harmful affirmations or anything like that in my subliminals. I create subliminals with a positive intention of helping other people improve their lives easily.
Q: What affirmations are in this subliminal or why won't you make your affirmations public?
A: All affirmations are written according to the list of benefits I provided. I do not make my affirmations public because I don't want anyone to copy my formula that I have developed for the past 2 years of making subliminals. I don't pretend like my way of writing affirmations is super special and unique but it still took me a long time to figure THIS ONE out. If you want to write affirmations yourself I recommend you start experimenting and figure out what you like.
