WASREB Chairman Joshua Irungu declares war on cartels which have infiltrated water companies

Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) chairman Joshua Irungu has declared war on cartels that have infiltrated water companies countrywide, leading to an annual loss of shillings Sh8 billion through non-revenue water. He was speaking after touring Nanyuki Water and Sewerage Company (NAWASCO)
